I know of a black one 8700 miles 799k - CNC Motors.

Hate to admit it but believe the 918 has played a role in boosting CGT prices.

Nothing to do with 918s. As per Italian car expert, Joe Sackey: "Carrera GT is the last 3 pedal super car by Porsche. It won't be undervalued too long".

I love Joe.

But, the 997.2 GT2 RS is classified a supercar by performance. It is the last three pedal Porsche supercar. Just because it isn't the successor to the 959->CGT, doesn't make it a non-supercar.

It also has remained undervalued. The performance speaks for itself, though.

(Disclaimer: I have both.)

For Porsche drivers and collectors you are correct.

Collection garages - Veyron Enzo F50 F40 Pagani CGT - remove the CGT and place a GT2 in it's place and no offense but it's in over it's head.

(Disclaimer I have one of the above)

I truly believe over 1/2 of CGT owners don't own other Porsches.

Don't know Joe - but the production of the P1 La 918 certainly did not hurt it's older sibling when the three changed from NA to assisted hp.
