Well, remember that 220 mile Fayence Yellow CGT that went from Sloan to Marshall Goldman (for $650k) in December, then from Marshall Goldman to Dream Makers (for $765k) in February? And then Dream Makers listed it on their website but said it's in their collection and only for sale at the right price?
Well, apparently their "right price" is $895k. They finally changed their listing and put up a price: http://www.dreammakersautomotive.com...abee4dbc27035/
$650k sale in late December to a list price of $895k in mid-March.
I have some tulip bulbs to sell you.

Good cars are now approaching $600K, this is a fact. Maybe the low mileage cars are getting manipulated price wise and buyers know they will need work having sat so long, but we see these 5-7K mile type cars going between $5-600K at a fast clip.

So with service and clutch, add another $35-$40K and you have a wonderful car assuming the body is all in order. Good cars are now approaching $600K, this is a fact.
