Default 996 cup fuse function ?

Does anyone know what the fuse in Row E, #8 is for ? It is a 5 AMP and mine keeps blowing...Not sure what isn't functioning, I haven't noticed anything...But it immediately pops the fuse when I insert a new one...Any help appreciated !

Yet another reason why the service manual should have a wiring diagram....

So the fuse is linked to the shift light, water temp warning light, and diagnostics....Any idea which relay is involved ?

So fuse #8 is blowing...It is for the shift light, water warning, and diagnostics....Which relay do I need to check ?? I have traced it to relay 9 ??
