Just had Raymond upgrade my 2022 Macan. After gathering the necessary items, the installation was quick and easy. Everything is working well and I'm enjoying the new Android Auto capability! This is a huge improvement to the usability and enjoyment of the vehicle.
+1 to the above posts re: Raymond @ InnovativeSoft. It's a one-time payment just like a dongle, but unlike those devices, this is unlocking built-in capability within your PCM5! I just had my 2023 Macan worked on by Raymond, and once the Ethernet connection was working between my laptop and the car (via a 172.x.x.x static IP address), it was all on Raymond to VPN into my laptop to upload the software into the PCM. My impression is that this effectively works like a jailbreak on an iPhone in order to install a patched app.
I've now got the Android Auto "Coolwalk" experience working on my Macan's PCM5! 100% satisfied with Raymond's work!
My vehicle and network connection caused some major problems, but Raymond worked through them and spent tons of extra time making sure everything worked as it should. I would definitely use them again!

Had a great experience with the innovative soft Android Auto install. I know I was a handful to work with and ended up stretching the install over multiple sessions, but they were patient with me and everything turned out as advertised. They also quickly troubleshooted a problem I had with the Porsche system a few days after. Highly recommend their services if you want better GPS and hands-free phone operations on a car that should have had them anyway. 2020 Macan GTS btw.

I see you also have iPhones connected to the Macan? Does your Android auto reconnect when an IPhone and CarPlay are no longer connected? For me, anytime someone with an IPhone connects to my car, I have to factory reset the PCM to get Android Auto to pop up again on the PCM.
