I think the turbo engine in 718 requires more packaging space then old 3,4 NA engine.

Yeah was a regurgitation of the original news with a spin on it ..... wonder how many deposits they got from that little exercise.

Still, it's a reasonable investment to let the deposit sit there for a year, just in case they build it.
Your dealer needs an ethics check.

It's my choice to let them sit on my cash. I don't think this is the first time a dealer has taken a deposit in advance of a car being announced.

There is a 50% chance that the car will 100% be built

and 0% chance I'll be able to afford it.

What's funny Gazz is my dealer (PCB) rang me about 2 months before the Autosport articles came out to say they had been given the heads up that the Cayman GT4 RS had been given the green light and did I want one. They didn't have any details on what the car would involve specs wise, only that it was going to be made.

So I believe my name is at the front of the list for Brighton subject to approval on specs.

Hey! If it comes in a manual (which I doubt) I'm before you. 🙂

Haha Brad! One of my stipulations to them was that it has to be manual.
