i agree op shd close this thread - its utterly useless to him and all the energy he brings is negative, and the negativity is spreading to others responses
this is an internet board and people are anonymous behind their screen names... those who hang out often here we know who we are and we are buddies... newcomers don't get the same treatment... that's the way it is
sometimes in life u know when some folks just aren't meant for each other ... ever... planet 9 is just a click away, op
good luck

Haha, well you're gonna need to repost that trophy like 20 more times because a lot of us commented on this thread and we all need a trophy for participating
.
I think I figured out when/why mine misses shifts, because this has happened to me before as well. I had it happen again yesterday and I could replicate it by letting the engine speed drop to a level where the throttle did not need to be blipped before I shifted. Then the computer did not blip the throttle. Just my observation.

LMAO, you asked.
i have 54 and 52 tarmac both on SR EPS.
i measure to ride 54 but i like the response and fit on 52 better. i dont believe in rain bikes. i get the 52 tarmac and cipo NK1K dirty rain or shine. so i think i have no more use for 54 thus for sale. it's the "torch edition" for olympic. it will turn from orange to yellow when ambient is above 72*F
the up and down shift on dura ace is too close together, when i have full finger gloves on, i can't shift it right.
RED: it's uses FOUR batteries. that confused me to no end.
i ran SR since the DELTA brakes. so i am used to the shifting mechanism.
finally, SRAM and Shimano wear out, campy wears in...
and i am a campy snob![Big Grin](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
campy SR EPS for the win
it sort of auto blips too. i love cross chains. too lazy to shift to 34 front when i just need to climb 15% for 100'

I measure 54 but almost went 52 for the more compliant frame cus I am so skinny. I also like the little more weight on the front wheel that the 52 would give me in the crosswinds we get around here. I went 54 because I have a few guys that always try to buy my used stuff so the exit strategy won this round. Now I am too lazy to sell it so I will likely have my bike for a while. I like shimano di2 and will stay with it for disc brakes but have same complaint about buttons and will add that I have felt it sometimes without thick gloves when my hands (wrist injury) go numb due to chip seal roads. Too many batteries in sram scare me as well. Never used campy cuz No compatibility with other parts scares me.
