I've got a set of these.... mates to PSE or FVD/M&M.. Interchangable tips - slash cut @ OEM angle or turndown.

Group buy anyone?

looks like it is more cost effective than Dundon intake runner ($3700) + IPD/GT3 TB ($1300) combo

The runners and ipd keep appearing in the classifieds as people cycle to the 718 gt4. you may be able to go Dundon for a fair few dollars less?

If you already have made the investment in the Dundon solution, i don't know if you gain anything by swapping to Clubsport - unless you can get all your money back on the Dundon kit.... or at least enough to cover the bill of all the CS parts.
Power delivery will likely become different to what you have now... you may like it or not.... because the difference in volumetric dimensions and velocity of the plenum and runner between the two solutions will be different.

That may not fit the 2 1/2" OD FVD, stock is 2 1/4" OD.

The other parts are combination of normal OEM Porsche parts... starter motor can be surprisingly expensive... but best if you can get the whole setup up as a package.
I already had the TB, and bought the starter from Amazon, part numbers and link in post 121.

Ah ok, yep.

As it is, I haven't actually had them fitted yet - I've been to 2 track events in the last couple weeks - one was unsilenced anyway, the other was a 105db, but didn't have any issues so far.... running with valves open.
Have another day @ Silverstone GP next week so will try to get readings then.

@d00d Have you had the car on the dyno and/or tuned yet?

@BGB Motorsports are currently installing the 718 CS intake onto a 981 Clubsport, and also recenty did an Agate Grey 981 GT4 - so will be interesting to see what they make of it.

I'll be getting a COBB tune from BGB, but probably won't put it on a dyno, as I don't have a baseline to compare to.

The Sport button auto blip functionality wasn't working from that point on until I started the car again.
This happened twice, but on a leisurely trip it was fine, so I'm assuming it was due to the engine shifting on its mounts and pressing the sensor further into the cover pad.
The off throttle weirdness was due to the header tune not knowing about the different intake.
Back to the stock tune and no problem, but probably less power, will eventually be using a BGB tune for the intake.

Custom/Pro-Tune is really required for this intake to work properly.
My specialist in the UK spent a lot of time with the car on the dyno to get it right..... with just that hardware installed, stock map - we saw that we lost a load of torque at lower revs even vs stock- but then it eventually made a made a big gain in Peak HP at the top of the rev range - fuelling was all over the place.

Once we got the map and fuelling corrected - it shows to be a meaningful upgrade.

Thanks TDT, good information.

Had Eric at Lou's Custom Exhaust and Auto Repair (227 Willow St, Manchester, NH 03103) do the final welds, excellent work as usual.

JB Weld may have been successful if completely filling the void between, but was useful in positioning for the TIG welds.

Selling my GT4.
I'm not driving it enough to keep, 7,508 miles in over five years.
