Just wanted to thank Rhonda and FVD for their Sport headers and Valveless exhaust. I have their tune going on shortly - probably next week but I am traveling a lot so just need the time. Their headers are just sick and combined with the exhaust it is truly Cup/race car like sound. The car now also pulls very mightily in the mid-range

Car sounds great and the torque now is certainly more than my 991 GT3 for certain. Going to be interesting how the Plenum/TB and tune finishes her off

You'll feel her breath at middle and top.. Right now she'll like an opera singer with a pretty firm set of hands around her throat applying mild pressure.. With the tb&plenum she will sing unencumbered.

I'm interested in seeing how the headers and exhaust setup sounds in everyday use.. it was too loud for me and i reverted back to just sport headers.

MORE than your 991 GT3? Wow. Headers and a tune seem like a must on this car.

Cars run nice, yet to have any reference to report, but I am going to dyno it in September. So there will be a better reference other then butt dyno.

I didn't feel any big difference before / after the tunning except for the sound.
A friend of mine who also drive a GT4 says my car pulls harder when he is following me but that opinion can't use as a fact.

Let me report back after the dyno testing, will do a track day coming December.
Lets see how it works and hold up to some real testing.

The 991 GT3 is rated at 325 and the GT4 at 315. No doubt the GT4 with the new Headers has more torque. I think every Vendor has posted results that validate that.

The sound is perfect. I know that the Mechanic at my Dealership did a Fabspeed exhaust on a GT4 and he said it really loud. I would say the FVD valveless exhaust takes it from a 7 to a 10 above 5500 rpms. So it is tame when needed and race car like when you need it. Plus- it takes about 25 lbs off the rear. You can see from the pictures that it is very well made. I have had their exhaust on my 997.2 Turbo. Not hard to trust the Company that makes the exhaust for the Cup cars

I just got the tune back and it is loaded on the hand-held apparatus and will load it on after the Plenum/TB installation on Friday. Did it take long to load it on and how long does it take for the tune to "settle in" sort to speak?

I am also goig to put on a Dyno at end of Sept and see what we got compared to their published data

My Dyno day is on the 5th Septemeber, will report back after that.
it takes not long, around 10 minutes . just keep the battery connected.
The instructions on the handheld device are very clear and simple.
You will see alot of warnings on the dash when you are flashing it. Don't worry too much, you will be fine.
mmmm yea, it can be scary when you see all sorts of warnings pop up during the flash , I keep sweating when I am flashing .

I drove it for around 90 KM then the Check Engine Light pop up,code: ( P0068 MAP/MAF-Throttle Position Correlation ) car runs fine, I use the GoPoint BT1 with my iphone app to reset the code , then it never pops up again for around 1000 km of spirited driving. Car works perfectly but I just need to know the power numbers from the dyno.
