Oh I know whats staying in the garage. Your right the E90 is out. GT4 gets front right with the M2 and M3 next to the garage doors. Problem is the driveway and getting the fun cars out. X1, E90, and CX5 all blocking me.

E92 = coupe. E90 = sedan, F87 = M2, E36M3 = M3, E84 = X1, CX-5 = POS company car, GT4 = fun.

Tried installing Dundon race headers I bought from TM5.. What a PITA.. Had to completely disassemble the headers down to their individual pieces to install correctly and to get the header bolts back on.. 1/2 day spent and only one side partially done.. More to come with pics when I am done.. Can't wait to hear how it will sound with Fabspeed valvetronic exhaust.

If you just pulled a set out of the box they must likely wouldn't be clocked properly due to the slip joints. Were the springs attached? If so that would make it a bit more problematic. Mine, new, went on without issue.

Got mine used from a member here (TM5). They are in great shape. Had to remove the springs and undo all the slip joints so I can install each header pipe individually. Since the exhaust is off, joining the collector should be simple..... I hope.

Update..

Install completed.. The other side was a cinch to install. The sound is INSANE. Paired with Fabspeed's valvetronic exhaust, it sounds like a F1 car. Overall very very happy with it. It's quiet enough around town and NO drone. Open the exhaust valves, it's an animal above 3K. Will post some video clips this week when I get chance.

Bought mine just yesterday. Drove straight to the Experience Center and took the Cayman GTS experience to familiarize myself with the weight distribution after 15 years tracking BMWs. Long road trip tomorrow to Chicago to take her home.

Nice looking car. How would you compare the GTS to the GT4?

If you ask me to compare to an M2 I can do that. However, this is my first Porsche and quite literally drove it straight from Roswell to the Experience Center next to ATL The GTS was pdk with shorter gear ratio changes. Also, the torque curve from the turbo was noticeably flatter and wider. Other than that I can’t really compare. I just haven’t had enough seat time. Sorry.

Got her home from purchase in Atlanta. Parked with her stable mates in the garage. 2016 M2 and 1999 M3.
