I was having a splendid Labor Day and needed some gas. I also needed some batteries for my pager because as you drug dealers know, the pager will incessantly beep when it is low on batteries. So as my car was filling up at the pump, I went inside to get batteries. I looked admiringly back at my car and I was like...something's missing
Yes this is one of the many things in life that happens to nobody but me. Where the hell is my front license plate. You had ONE JOB USFAILWERKS license plate bracket. Who knows where my lost license plate is and what crimes I'm being framed for as we speak
Are you sure the bracket is to blame?
As your GT4 was detaching the appendage it said; Front license plate? We don't need no stinkin' front license plate!
http://www.luxmotorwerks.com/ Ask for Steve, usually there is a GT4 on premises getting some love and various high end customizations. It's a bit like Santa's workshop
Thanks so much for sharing--learn something everyday! (And not far from me, either.)
I expect the cost is considerably less than the ~$575 Porsche got with my build.
I took the opportunity on a rainy labor day weekend to remove the PORSCHE from the rear of the car. Those that know know, and those that don't can ask if they are interested.
I also took my brake pad wear sensors out and replaced with some pigtails that I fashioned from about $40 worth of parts. I guess I could have cut up the originals, but I'll leave them in my box of "GT4 stuff".
Are those two lines on the bumper a scratch left for you by the departed license plate?
possibly

With the help from a buddy, we hard-wired in my valentine one. Was an easy tap into the power supply (and ground) from the overhead lighting. Just a few plastic pieces needed to be popped out to access everything. Its nice being out of the way and powered accurately based on if the car is on or not.
I had issues trying to remove that visor ( so I could remove the stickers )
I had everything off but the plug connector ( I just couldn't figure out how to unplug that connector) Its minuscule
Very easy - there are 2 screws holding each one at the base (may be hex, can't remember). If you don't have the lighting package there are no electornic connectors to pull as the mirror isn't illuminated.
