I didn't even catch the radio delete in the picture. After seeing the PCNA car, if I was in the market I would be hesitant to option the buckets. That is of course you are able to option them.

From what I see, I don't think the timing is wrong. In fact, it had to be now since 981.2 is imminent; and, the window for 981 Spyder is short. The product and production schedule are 'just-in-time' and super tight. I suspect the problems are unforeseen and uncharacteristic (for the modern Porsche). These are just glitches. We shouldn't fret over. In fact, kudos to the product team for stalling the process as opposed to releasing a poor quality one.

So glad to see some updated press on this car, I'm literally combing the web for any new information every day.

I wouldn't consider the pics an update seeing how they still show LWBs.
They are beautiful pics though, especially those side views!
And the article sounds like the yellow car seen at Goodwood from the authors description of the interior.

The Spyder window is only short if it closes as soon the 981.2 is released. I haven’t seen anything that makes me believe this will be the case.

In any case, all of this is entirely within Porsche’s control, so if the window is short, that is an artificial constraint created by Porsche’s own planning. That makes it even worse – not only did they schedule an extremely tight window that necessitated perfect execution, but they then blew the execution. I’m not handing out kudos for this one ...
