Just heard from my SA that I have a new commission number but no ETA yet. I assume that should be coming imminently (the ETA, not the car), right?

Also seems like I can’t change much is anything at all since it is PTS.

I was able to change mine but mine was not PTS. Car is supposed to be made May 13.

This part is surprising to me - that that Porsche will re-use the VIN number of a vehicle they already produced? I know the vast majority of collective wisdom says 100% of the cars on Felicity Ace will be crushed. But doesn't that present a small window of potential for trouble? I would have thought for sure a new VIN number would be assigned...?

Personally, I think the reuse of already produced VINs (as opposed to build codes) is way beyond unlikely in the extreme.

If the dealer actually said this, I would view with extreme skepticism any other information provided by the dealer.

Agree. He may have meant commission number which would make sense because it is a rebuild of same specifications.

I received a build date for June - but theres a stop order on PDCC and PCBB's and Porsche is saying they cant add those to the order even though they were on the original build. I'm trying to push back on this.

Sorry to hear, this is the first report I’ve seen of someone not getting their initial spec. Hope they cave!

There have been several members who lost cars on the FA reporting loss of PDCC on rebuild. PCBB’s been a problem even before the FA burn as all going to the GT cars. Best wishes on the push back. Keep us posted.

My TTS was reordered but I could not get the Exterior Painted Package, so I had to a la carte the parts that I could get individually and make do with the matte black plastic parts on the grille and rear exhaust surround.

Spoke with my SA yesterday, and i am all set for my reorder. May build, late June delivery. I am able to make changes on my Panamera 4s e hybrid ST until the early April lock. I made a few changes, and my SA submitted in the system without issue. The car has PDCC on my build and no word yet it wasn’t accepted.
