I ordered a Panamera GTS Sport Turismo in March 2021. After multiple delays the car finally made it to the Port of Emden - it is on the "Felicity Ace."
Yesterday I spoke to a friend who is high up the food chain at Porsche and works at Porsche NA headquarters in Atlanta. Yesterday, they understandably were trying to get information from the shipping company and officials on the status of the ship and cars. My dealer knew nothing.
Today it seems obvious - no cars on the Felicity Ace will make it to customers. Very disappointed in Porsche. My dealer has not contacted me, and nobody from Porsche has contacted me. Not even an email. And this isn't the first Porsche I have purchased - I own several GT cars, some classics, etc.

I think everyone needs to take a breath. The "official" word from Posrche was disseminated to dealers less than two hours ago.
Just joining to commiserate with everyone! My birthday present was on Miss Felicity. Was so looking forward to my first Porsche! In due time, I suppose.
Letter from COO - posted in another thread by an affected owner on the Ace.
I did not realize there were Houston bound vehicles, my CCGTS was supposed to exit Emden today.. SA said my vehicle is safe, but I have this feeling at the pit of my stomach that may not be the case.
@ridestp , thank you for starting this. My PTS, GT4 is also undergoing the extended heat testing.
Given just a little background in logistics, I think PAG is doing an outstanding job. That letter from the COO is top-notch. I bet we all have some meaningful news from them in the next 10-14 days...
We lost my wife’s Cayenne S Coupe on the FA, thanks to all for the posts and the updates. The sad part is that some dealers are more communicative than others, this is one area where so many brands fall short in terms of communicating with customers. But, that being said, its great to hear that Porsche AG is prioritizing the rebuild of everyone’s orders.
My Cayenne GTS that I custom built for my 50th birthday is on that boat. I feel for anyone else that has a car on there, but I’m glad the crew are safe. My dealership said we’d know more on Monday about rebuilds.
