I hope he has a short ride to the show. I'm rolling with a co-worker & fellow enthusiast, my wife would make one fast lap of the Concours and want to bolt, she's not good car show company. We'll be in a Platinum Silver Turbo S Cab.

Theres a couple reasons. I need some solid advise and potential "ammo", after a lackluster experience with a main dealership, that I can no longer trust.
I'd also like to form a solid relationship with a reputable shop, near by, that might be better suited to working on a 996, verses going back into main dealer services.
Also durametric scan would also be nice, I have a cel on, lol

I would shoot Steve an email at Dougherty Automotive Services, they'll take great care of you.

I was going to recommend Dougherty as well. I've heard nothing but good things from them.
My car is a 2017, so much newer. I just had some major service done at Mainline without any issues.

I use Dougherty to maintain my Turbo S Cab. Can recommend. On the Main Line, you might try J&J in Bryn Mawr. Jay Windsor knows his P cars inside & out.

Thanks for the replies and suggestions. I'll look into them.
btw: The experience I was referring to, was not Porsche of the main line. Just for the record, incase anyone was curious.

Where are you thinking about for a start/meeting point? I'm going with a few friends and just figured we'd meet there.
