Okay... We are sure where we'll go just yet... N. GA is always great as well...
Shoot me a PM with your number and maybe we'll meet up.... We won't go too early... We're not morning people..lol.
I have to get up at 3:30am for work, so when I'm off I like to take my time in the AM.. lol

Probably closer to 11:30 this morning for the meet up.
Too much going on, plus we’re an hour and a half from there.

Oh!! Very Cool. I didn't know we had any members that lived up there.
Porter Springs is my favor back road over to 19 and then 129...
I'll PM you my number and we can schedule a drive sometime.

Hi All - hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. I am excited to be taking delivery of a 911 at PEC ATL in late Jan / early Feb next year. Will be driving it back home to New York over a couple of days so am thinking through my winter tire options. I had been considering a dedicated wheel and tire set and installing after delivery, but given I'll need to ship the summer set back home, I am now thinking I may be better off getting just some winter tires, swapping them into the stock wheels, and then shipping just the summer tires. To that end, would love to get any suggestions around shops (or dealers) that you have had a great experience with in the ATL area (close to PEC, if possible) that I should contact to get something set up.
Would appreciate your thoughts here..

I've been thinking about this ATL airport service on my GT4 while I'm traveling. https://www.porscheservicesouthatlan...rport-parking/
As for you North GA guys, looks like a fun group. I'll meet up with ya sometime. Got out on Sunday before the rain and found myself at the Burnt Mtn lookout. Cool spot way up on top of Mt Mitchell too.

Surprised the PEC doesn’t offer the service…
In any case, Butler Tire is the most reputable tire shop in Atlanta and they know how to handle the high end wheel sets. That does come with a price - they are known to be a little more expensive.
Be forewarned, not many people here use winter tires, so, wherever you go, you will probably need to order the tires in advance.
Good luck and congrats on the new 911!

Hello ATL pcar crew! I’m in Atlanta this week visiting family and road tripped down with the car. Anyone thinking of doing a morning drive one day this week? Part of me is even thinking Christmas morning because the roads should be empty and my family isn’t big on Christmas Day celebrations
