Chin is having an event at Road Atlanta tomorrow, I'll be up there Saturday-Sunday, swing by and check it out.

North GA has some of the best roads in the East Coast, got a few routes to share, drop me a PM. Cheers!

Let's compare notes! I imagine we've been to most of the same places, always nice to see what others are doing. Some of my favorites in Georgia:
- US-19: The road alongside Blood Mountain is one of the few that has two lanes so you can pass the dunces who don't know they're supposed to get out of the way.
- Suches / Wolf Pen Gap: "Georgia's Tail of the Dragon". Much tighter and more technical than most.
- Brasstown Bald: the road up to the parking lot is a blast. Also tight and technical, and a good workout for your brakes on the way back down.
- GA-60: great in both directions from the gas station at the end of Wolf Pen Gap
- GA-348: some of the best views in Georgia, from one of the best roads. The northwest side has some straights that cops like to wait at though - consider yourself warned.
- GA-75: Has some solid parts north of Helen.

Well I was wrong about the weather and we did end up going up but took the S2K's. Met a couple of friends with Pcars up there.

unfortunately we're still unpacking / organizing from the move to the new to us home, so driving has had to take a back seat for a while. Hope to be back to driving some before Spring soon.

That road is great! We do it most every time we're up there. So many great roads around there.


We're finally most all the way moved and I hope to get back to driving some soon.

So here's an abbreviated version of our trip with a tour of the Tapoco Lodge if anyone is interested in seeing the lodge and surrounding area.


I let the GF drive the entire time so I was just the camera man for most of the trip. She had a blast and getting up to speed.
