I did, zero issues with the iRacing specific stuff. (Logitech G27)
Did have some weird issues with my monitors. With W7 I could turn on and off the 32" TV I have connected via HDMI that I use for iRacing whenever I wanted to run iRacing with no problems, the computer would recognize the TV as the primary monitor and then the sim would launch on it. When done I could turn off the tv and the other monitors would work fine with one of them reverting to the primary monitor. With W10 if I try that it does all kinds of screwy stuff too weird and complicated to describe here, and not relevant to iRacing specifically.

I upgraded to W10 and things are fine with the triple monitor setup. Don't do it if you use the rift to race though. The W10 rift drivers are not compatible with iracing yet.

Anybody try out the new build yet?
I got about 10 minutes to screw around last night. Took the new C7 DP out for a ride. Felt pretty damned good. I'm hoping the Ruf with the new tire model feels as good as the C7 does.

I really wanted to check out the new dynamic surface, but alas I found a shot rear wheel bearing a couple nights ago on the race car and have a race this weekend. That bearing is LOTS of fun

I have that special tool for the rear bearing to do them on the car. Also have one of those 4ft/600ftlbs torque wenches just for that one nut. (Replace mine on a 2~3year schedule, front bearings every year, cheap insurance) Throw the bearing in the freezer the night before, helps a little.

Anyone want to knock some rust off? I just updated yesterday and the first time in a long time and clearly I need to get used to this again :-)
I'm putting up a session at Mid-Ohio called rennlist practice, but open to all at 2:30 CST.

Doh just saw this. I would've been down. Maybe later this evening?

Wrapped up the real racing season last weekend and I'm ready for some iracing league races whenever. Should we do some pickup races first to get warmed up, or jump right into a season? How is the new dynamic surface? I haven't even had a chance to turn a lap with all the wrenching and racing.

Feels pretty good. Once things get "rubbered in" it's really noticeable. I spent an hour or two this weekend in a hosted session at Road Atlanta and it was pretty neat to see the track change.
I wonder if our races will be long enough to really get the full effect tho.
And I'd be a fan of a few pickup races first before the official season starts. I've still got a few weeks left of official "car season" here.

Yes I think we need some pick up races/practices. The car also has changed too so last years setups don't work either. Jim I was going to jump in that one you were in but it was full, hence I hosted my own at MidOhio, I was still 2sec off my fastest lap there.
I still have a track day in two weeks then a race early Oct. can't make up my mind, Road America or Mid-Ohio both SCCA regional races on the same weekend.

Yeah none of the sets work
I was able to bastardize one of the sets I had from one of our last rounds last season. Was ~2s faster than the default iRacing "baseline" set at Road Atlanta. But was ~2s behind 7-8 guys ahead of me.
I have a suspicion the ideal tire pressures have changed, too. I used to keep them right at 29 hot. Some random laps at Sebring (I was only on for ~20 minutes the other night) before I messed with setup had the car feeling GREAT and pressures were 27.5.
