I was hoping to suggest we run DP's at Daytona... as a way for me to not only get my RL race in, but get some DP practice in at the same time in prep for the 2.4 this weekend.....

with the new Daytona build released today I'm sure there will be hosted sessions galore to join.

the CXC league is every Wednesday, starting at 7:30 eastern (4:30 pacific). join in!

I think there are some other RL groups that do iracing stuff but I don't know the specifics.

I'm back and looking forward to this week. Riley has the NTM correct? Any big changes to consider from the old model?

Justin, my understanding is that pre-NTM sets will work with a little pressure and height adjust, but don't know which way on either. I have a couple of qualifying sets and a race set I gleaned from the iRacing forums I can share.

boot. with the bus stop (I think that makes for better racing as it creates a passing opportunity that doesn't exist without it).

and I just tested "my" setup (stolen from the forums), it sucks I'll share it anyway, in the name of full disclosure.

I'll miss a big chunk of practice doing one of the Indycar fixed oval races; I'll join you guys when I can.

Once again, great time racing with y'all...

Still struggling with the brakes, and will probably continue to do so until I get better pedals (DFGT with Bodner cable for now).

Managed to avoid the spin mess on Lap 1...only to spin m'self after I got by.

Also took some damage requiring repair when I smacked the wall in the high speed section after T1, otherwise, I could finished in the lead lap.

Next week gary. We all seemed to have a tough time out there because there was one big wreck. I got unlucky and tagged somebody that was spinning.
