They're doing maintenance for a couple hours tonight it looks like... I was hoping the service would still allow me to test. I think I've figured out the reason I'm consistently off the pace- my wheel settings are way off and I need to do some tuning. No feel.

I found it made a huge difference when I set the steering angle to reflect what my wheel actually turns. May be irrelevant with a more expensive wheel like G27 or Fanatec, but my ghetto edition Logitech MOMO wheel from '09 only turns something like 270*. For a while it was turning more than I was inputting to make up for me not being able to go lock-to-lock, making the car very hard to drive.

I was planning to host a practice session tonight, but I don't know when the site will be back up. So instead I'll host one tomorrow, starting sometime around 7EST, I'll post tomorrow with the exact time. I want to get some laps in with this new update.

Also, I finally picked up a headset today! No more wrecks due to typing and driving

Has anyone got the calendar subscription to work, I linked it into my SkyDrive calendar and it puts the events 12am the day after the scheduled date.

Ok worked into iCalendar.

Looking like I can get out for the race on Wednesday. That said, we have been have been pumping ourselves full of wine and steak waiting for this hearing to roll. It is also too hot here right now. How did I live here for 27 years?
