I am still happy with my nearly 3 year old rig. I told the guy in our mail room which card I had after showing him our video. He sort of LOLed in my face. I think I have a radeon HD 6800 and a pre-sandy bridge i5 IIRC.

Ok, so here is an iRacing question, what drives the "Best" time in the lower left? I did 3~4 laps at 1.47.9 something but the "Best" showed 1.48.0 something.

You can change that in options. I set mine to all time optimal lap, I'm not sure what it is by default.

Optimal is just below the Best, I wish I could do the Optimal it has 1.46 something :-)

Optimal is the mr potatohead of your best sectors ever. Best is your best ever clean lap at that track in that car.

Phil, no worries! I had been chasing a number of cars for a few laps, had a good lap time going, and just ran the lap out. I knew it was the last lap so I stayed on it, I figured you were just pitting out just before I slammed you! Sorry about that!
