I was going to ask about a time change for the Wednesday night. Is everyone happy when it is now? I don't think we can go any earlier, but we could push it half an hour or an hour later. We're trying to keep it reasonable for the whole continent, which is tough.

Does the McLaren have an iracing base setup for Road America? I tried running James' some in practice and I couldn't keep it on the road. I used a setup I got from the forums, adjusted the spring perches because the weight lowered the car too much, and adjusted the differential lock.
Right now everyone shares their setups which I really like. I'm not so good with setups so I like trying a few that work for others to see what suits my skill level.

My pedals are about to give up the ghost. Every other lap I lose the last 20% of my braking, I have to unplug/replug the pedals a few times and eventually they start working again. I'm going to try and find a solution or just brake WAY early this week. Santa is bringing me a set of the CSR Elites, but that's 2 weeks away!

You will love the CSR pedals. They helped a ton with my braking and throttle control.

I think the 18th will be the last one before we take a break for the holidays. We'll start back up on the 8th of January. Maybe then we will push the time half an hour later for the west coast people. If the RUF is out early, we'll all have lots of time to come to grips with it before the first race.
As far as the setups, the stock setups are pretty good, but I think we need to run open setups to compensate for weather. I always start with the base setup for the track and tweak the sway bars and brake balance. That's usually enough to make them run well. Let's see how things work when we get the RUF.

At Road America I also took a bunch of wing out of the Ford. The McL has more top speed and the default setting had me down a few mph in the Ford by comparison.
Good to meet up with you guys for a bit yesterday. I actually had some time to kill and was just cruising around on RL here and bumped into this thread again. Managed to get on for ~20 minutes or so.
As for pushing it later - that's fine by me. Getting on with the current timing is usually tight. I don't get home from work until 7:30-7:45 Central time. Gives me enough time to say hello to the wife and get the rig fired up. Usually get 1, maybe 2, full laps in under qualifying before the race starts...
