Arriving 10/10/22. Read about the amp issue (from everyone here on the forum so thank you) and decided to ask dealer and was just told it has "Burmester stop sale", they send a ticket to Porsche for the part and they send as they become available with no eta. I was hoping they had this solved but I guess it's still on going. Also, read a lot about interiors... I opted for the leather and 18 way seats. I had a 992 GTS with the 8 way seats and in "race-tex", the 8 way hugs you a little more and stiffer, I am also 6'3" and 250lbs so it might not hug you as much as it does me. I had 2020 Carrera 14 way seats and my lady who is much much smaller and shorter thinks the 8 way race tex are more comfortable than the 12 way leather. The race-tex is really neat and I liked it a lot but I was using the 992 as a daily and I can't see it holding up as well as the leather. Shows every "crumb" or piece of dirt and always found myself whipping it down/vacuuming. Again, being 6'3" my knee would rest on the door where the grab handle is located which is race tex, I can tell it was starting to not look as fresh since my knee was rubbing against it (whether in pants or shorts, no I do not just drive in my underwear). I think the race tex is great and a wonderful looking as long as it doesn't get much contact such as headliner etc. It's an awesome look and if driving on the weekends and not a daily then race tex all the way, they look really awesome in the CTGT. It's what one prefers but I told myself I would never do race tex again if there is another option. PLUS I saw CTGT with bordeaux leather and decided on that interior, it's much calmer in person (not as bright or red). To each their own, just like everyone else here, grateful to even have this opportunity.

Silver lining: The center mounted titanium exhaust should provide a great soundtrack — better than the mighty Burmester. 👍🏼

The whole amplifier issue is only growing. Land Rover is having such a bad time that they are having to redesign / downgrade the base Meridian system and won't offer any upgraded options until 2024MY. Top tier SV builds may still get them but everybody else is hosed. Not accepting more orders and this with slots have seen some get kicked out. I'll be pleased if I see either (GTS or RR) in the next 6 months.

Picked this up today!!!! what an amazing car. My dog is going to be a bit upset about losing some head space but man, this car is perfect. Reminds me of a much sharper RR SVR sport that I had two years ago.
Its a keeper...
is there a break-in procedure??

Let us know your thoughts/how it compares to what you were driving before (diff cayenne?)

How did you tweak yours? As in the PCM, or a custom job actually adjusting the audio system?

Mine is at the dock at Emden. ETA is 10/14.
But, it has a stop sale for the Bose Amp.

I’ve had mine for 4 months. Black on Bordeaux. Awesome SUV. Got it PPFd pruor to pick up. One concern is that it seems the passenger front door was manufactured with a subtle undulation in it. Looks like 3 tiny dents. PDR guy thinks it came that way as ppf is completely intact, and when they are massaged out, they eventually return. Too small to show on a photo, super subtle but still annoying for a Porsche product.

What are you guys using for wheels and tires? the corsas seem a bit extreme for a non-track car, trying to figure out whether to just swap into a set of all seasons for year round or just get a winter set.

The simplest is A/S tires, but looks like i'll have to drop to 21" wheels, or get a winter set (also 21") and have the hassle of swapping tires. Have thought about getting a quickjack to make changing easier, but part of me thinks just getting a set of 21's with A/S is just a lot less hassle.
