I just got mine and got it going on iOS, almost. It requires an explicit trust of an enterprise app it downloads but it starts after that, finds the dongle and when I try to scan, I get this:
Anyone else see this? Their web site is conveniently down right now.
I'm running iOS 11.3.1. It's a private phone, no enterprise software installed, not rooted or anything. It's possible they broke something with 22.20. I'll get in touch with them, just as soon as their web site comes back up. Unbelievably, it's still down.
I had to select all 10 (it's 10 now) features right away BTW, wouldn't let me proceed with just Porsche.
^^^^no, did not see that^^^
Do you have enterprise Sw running on your device (i.e. Company owned iPhone)?

Thanks.
I am on IOS 10.3.3. Mine is a stock phone and not jailbroken either. What is the name of the launch software that you are using? Let's see if I can reproduce the same problem.
So with ios you don't need to select all cars or special programs. I only have Toyota 4runner and the Cayenne.
I wanted to see the the difference between Android and iPhone. So I borrow my friend's Samsung S4 and download EZDiag. It did not force me to select the remaining software either.
However, I am having trouble to download the porsche file or another file. Does anybody have the same problem?
Can someone zip and drop the file here? Thanks !
Never mind. My network was not working last night. I downloaded the Porsche v22.30 software this morning. The difference between IOS EZDiag and Android EZDiag is that IOS opens a second app and Android uses the original app to diagnose. In addition, IOS EZDiag requires you to select all software before preceding. On the other hand, Android EZDiag has a close button so you do not need to select all softwares options at one go.

Did you tried to uninstall all apps for ICarScan and re-download all apps including the Porsche software? That seems to solve most problems with IOS apps.
Just tried, uninstalled EZdiag and DiagTool X, installed everything again, same thing. Their site is back up, I dropped them an email.
Edit: just tried it on the 997, same error message. Bad dongle? It did update the firmware on the dongle while installing DiagTool X, maybe bad firmware?
Despite manually clearing out all related files to ezdiag I could find on my phone at Don's recommendation, I still can't get the software to acknowledge that I actually paid for this thing! I was able to do a fresh install on another phone and it works just fine... very frustrating when the digital rights routines severely affect your use of a product you paid a decent amount of money for!

If it's an Android phone - you might try doing a save, reset and restore. Reset is where it reinstalls the OS. If you've used the save feature this is actually pretty painless. It should eliminate whatever hidden-file-key is preventing it from working.
I am going to let it be for now and keep using my old phone until I get a new one. I just find it quite annoying that through no fault of my own and within minutes of first getting it going it locked out that device and a simple reinstall and more invasive manual deletion did not fix it.
