Hi,
As we all know, the Cayenne started as a 2004 model and the facelift came in 2008. So, first generation had 4 years with original model then facelift lasted 3 years,
Second generation started as a 2011 model. So, should we expect the facelift to happen in 2014 or 2015?
They just released pictures/ordering of the highest end Cayenne Turbo S ... does not look too face-lifted to me! Turbo S shipments should start in Q1 2013. 2014 model should enter production in June 2013. Would not be too happy if my $200K loaded Turbo S was "visually" obsoleted 3 months later !!!!
Could you just imagine how pissed poor RAKLAW would be, he would have to buy his 3rd Cayenne in a year to maintain top dog status

Hahaha
Will probably announce face lift the day after my S order can't be changed
Such is life of the auto enthusiast.
Order # 3. hmmmmm sounds like a plan
My bet is early 2014, one year after Panamera facelift.
After the Turbo S, we will see a Cayenne Platinum/Titanium or whatever edition before the facelift is due.
The German autobild says the follwing: "Die dritte Cayenne-Generation geht zwar erst 2017 in Serie, doch das Cayenne-Coupé soll schon im Frühjahr 2016 einen Vorgeschmack auf das komplett neu entwickelte Leichtbau-SUV geben". So that will probably mean a face lift in 2015 and the new model in 2017.
