That would certainly be an improvement over the dim glow the stock ones put out..

Congrats on the updated modern look.

3 questions.

1. Are there 3 LEDs visible from the side of the tail Lamp assy?

2. What brand are the tail lights you installed ?

2. Do the facelift 2008 Cayennes also have LEDs for the backup and direction indicator lights in the rear light assy?

Looks like 2 versions out there.

It seems that the Ipex brand has both upper and lower led strips illuminated when tail lights are on and brakes are off as Carrera cup has stated.

Lupo.sk, Do the "dream conceptz" model tail lights you bought have both upper and lower rows of LEDs illuminate when night lights are on and brakes off, or is it just the single top row that is lit as per the eBay thumbnail image you have posted?

I believe Lupo's picture is running lights from the rear as there is no centre brake light illuminated (you do have centre brake lights in Europe, don't you?)

Rear quarter picture would shed a light on it for you though.

yes, both rows illuminate when lights are on and brakes are off (my pic). the ebay thumbnail I've posted is just the brake light on when night lights are off.

Thanks CC3.
Do your Ipex model version also have the illuminated 4 LEDs on the side adjacent the turn indicator?

Yes they do. I think all the ones that have the two white strips are all made by the same manufacturer in China.

If anyone is interested and or looking for a set, I just ordered mine from 360 Tuners for $303 - 7% (look online for a coupon code) which also includes free shipping for $282 for the pair.
