Bravo, well done Am... Hope to see that bad boy on the road in the coming months.

All these new P!Gs are begining to make me feel like my beta blocker is a little stodgy and long in the tooth.

In Bratislava, side by side with the P!G, right?

No GPS location yet, but I haven't inquired.

Thanks guys for the nice comments and best wishes. The more I drive this beast, I just have to say one thing: A vehicle that looks, weighs and feels (atleast during the initial few minutes inside the cabin) this heavy has no business to handle the way it does. Most of the questions will be answered as I review each option that I ordered individually and I have decided to just use this thread for that rather than opening individual threads to make it easier for the potential future Cayenne owners. Let me answer some of the other questions. Yes the 4 tires mounted on wheels fit in easily and no rattling, but the back seats had to be folded down. The vehicle was loaded on Dec 10th and landed in my dealership on 18th. So that's 5 weeks.

Here you go. I'm starting off with the option list on the w00tMOBILE.... HOPE YOU ALL WILL ENJOY THE RIDE. Please let me know your thoughts. Your comments (both positive and negative) will elevate this thread to the next level. So don't hold back.

Default Options on the w00tMOBILE: Deletion of model designation

Why did I order it: Felt that Cayenne S badging with the PORSCHE was somewhat crowded. I've always preferred the PORSCHE only lettering on my Carrera 3.2's rear reflector. The obvious choice was to delete the Cayenne S.

My review: Cleaner look, PORSCHE script is more centered. It's already making it an easier sell to label it (to those with envy) as a very lightly optioned base Cayenne for under 50K and that keeps them happy... and me too.

If I had to do it again: Definite yes. Probably would have liked to color the PORSCHE lettering to match the exterior color to blend in and minimize the "looks" that all vehicles that carry the PORSCHE badging gets at almost every traffic light. This aluminum really stands out in contrast on the jet black metallic exterior color but you know what ... I like the contrast.

Hey dude,

Congratulations on the purchase of a fantastic looking motor.

Great to see it on 18". Would love to know how it handles on 18" without PDCC. It is something that you can turn off. If so would be great to hear what difference it makes.

As I live downunder where to add such options "Porsche makes you bend over and says take it like man" they would put the car out of my price range. For example AS is $8200, PDCC is another $8000 and with the speed limits heavily enforced here, 110Kms is about as fast as it will be able to go. Except maybe on some back roads, but then you have to find some nice winding roads.

With the options I am wanting on a Diesel, I will get some change out of $140K, add AC and PDCC adds about $13K. We get slugged with Luxury Car tax which add 35% Tax on anything over $55K.

I look forward to the next few installments and come summer would really appreciate a review on ride quality - comfort when you go to the 20".

Cheers

Very, very nice. I really like the interior and actually just about everything about it. The new Cayenne (apart from maybe the rear) is really such a quantum improvement. Weight, interior, performance etc.

Nice write up btw. Looks like you live in the middle of nowhere
