98K on 2008 Cayenne S. Starter needed replacement. CEL on all the time. On a couple of occasions during mountain driving while towing a ski boat it temporarily lost power. Stevens Creek Porsche in San Jose, CA was not able to fix the CEL or diagnose the lost power.

Fun to see float to the top a few times a year.
My '04 CTT is now just under 170,000 miles (mine since 29K).
My DIYs: Coolant pipes, two sets of tees (now aluminum), two cardan shafts, water pump, thermostat, tank vent line, 3 batteries, coolant tank, hatch and hood struts, torque support bracket, turbo charge pipe, belts, 3 sets of coils, tons of filters and plugs and countless tires and oil and brakes. Just did valve cover gaskets and transmission valve body this month. Indy did fuel pump(s?) a few years back.
New Turbo S lower control arms are waiting on the garage shelf, and flushing differentials right behind that. Only other current ailment is if I fill up to a full 24 gallons, I leave a puddle at the pump; otherwise she purrs like new - full of power and spirit. I'm shooting for 250k...

70k on my 2012 S
70k on my 2012 S.
I replaced the stock tires at about 27k with Toyos that are still wearing strong. Had to replace the charcoal cannister in the fuel fill tube. Regularly scheduled oil changes. Other than that, I just drive the hell out of it every day!

How about miles in Cayennes, yes plural. 2008 Cayenne GTS 24,000+ traded in after rear end collision and repair. 2011 Cayenne S 45,000+ traded for 2014 Cayenne Diesel which has amassed 33,000 in a year and half and is being traded tomorrow for a 2015 Cayenne Diesel ( more supportive seats and PCCB's) so that is 102,000 + miles in Cayennes and while there are other Porsches in the garage, the Cayenne is nothing short of reliable and enjoyable transportation. Oh, many of those miles were as a tow vehicle with a trailer hauling another Porsche.
