Replaced the squeaky HVAC blower motor. Easy job, unlike the one on my 997 I did a few weeks ago.
Everything is done from under the dash - do not use the YouTube video that removes the glovebox as that's completely unnecessary and risks breaking the trim.
Remove the One Torx screw, pop off the lower plastic panel by pulling.down on the front edge, disconnect the plugs from the light and 2 power outlets, pop off the plastic air vent, unplug the blower motor power connection, remove 7 hex head screws (oddly these are US size and not metric), and the blower motor drops right down. Reinstallation is the reverse. 30-45 minute job.

Decided to polish up the headlights. So much better now…hated the dingy yellow lights.
Before. Some condensation in there. Rinsed it out with some isopropyl alcohol and sealed it up
Much better

957 S. Replaced rear diff fluid. Replaced air filters and spark plugs. Previous owner has installed £20 Denso Iridium plugs and I was replacing them with £4 Bosch ones, so felt a bit guilty but they were over 40k old, so still worth changing.
The little hose outlet on the RH air filter box had been snapped off and glued back on - badly. So had to epoxy it back on. Annoying as it was almost certainly done during an OPC Service.
No dramas though with anything being stuck or getting broken. Very easy to work on as said previously.
Next week will be front diff and transfer case fluid change, plus engine oil and filter, when the weather allows. Also orders a new torque arm bushing from Powerflex as mine was predictably shot.

Added James Bond button
I hate tailgaters. I rigged up an aftermarket windshield spray nozzle and pump etc. to the wing and aimed it rearward. Button is on the back of the cruise control stalk, next to the radar mute button.
Officer, I just cleaned my windshield. If he was so close it got him too, then maybe he was too close?
Back off!
