What does the braintrust (or peanut gallery?!?) here have to say about this afternoon's BaT sale on pumpkin like mine (far less miles).
2007 GT3RS sold for $142K plus BaT fee of $5K.
my car has 2.5x the miles but otherwise just as good...you think?
My pumpkin for sale $129,900

I'll speak up for the peanut gallery (as I certainly couldn't be considered part of the braintrust),
I watched that BaT action through its final minutes. I loved that car and yours.
But to your question, 40K miles is pretty significant for a collector type car and while you're maintenance has apparently been kept up there are probably several items on that car that are ready to start cycling out. That can get pricey quickly. Your asking price is $17,000 less than the sale price of the BaT Mobile which is around 11%. I'm not sure when spending that kind of money that I wouldn't spring for the extra dough to get a less used example and little more piece of mind.
That's just my opinion but remember, you asked for it.

A couple of clean bucket-equipped cars just popped up here, both under $110k

The second is the BAT car that didn't meet reserve a few weeks back. Maybe someone here will pay a bit more and snag it for a bit over $100k;

yeah, mileage may really hurt the RS. Who knows though. This one is $140k and has 20,000 miles, but it is a 2010. Grey market import at some point (may hurt value?)

Canada doesn't make it a grey-market car. North American spec are all the same. Grey-market refers to cars not originally intended for NA market that have to be converted/modified in order to meet federal safety and emissions standards. Think Rain Man.
The only difference between a Canadian and US car is a sticker on the door, the gauge cluster, and DRLs programmed on.
