Does the heavy track use and the added parts, pose a concern? Any advice you can give me on this car would be appreciated! DME page is on page two of the thread, in all honestly, I do not know what all of that info means. If this post is considered out of bounds with a current listing, then please delete.
Thank you very much!

^^^ I am quite confused by the DME post #13 for that white .2. How can there really be over 16k range 1 over-revs, when, per Doug's explanations,... a 997 (especially a .2) only logs those over-revs when the car has reached 9K rpm (not redline)?
.... so yea, 16 thousand ignitions seems excessive, occurring at 895 hrs,.... but without the total operating engine hours (not shown in the DME picture provided), its tough to tell how long ago that was.
16,775 / 3 = 5,592 / 10,000 = .5592 * 60 = 33.55 seconds ... that's quite a bit of time at 9K (especially assuming without a money shift)
.... but I'm not a track guy,... so maybe that is just standard operating practices, and nothing to worry about given these cars can live at those rpm's their entire life. Plus I would expect & trust that Graham Rahal has gone through it well.

SignatureMotor Ok- Beware a bunch of babies in here and most like run their lips. Is just a car deal and seller have every right to ask for the moon . As far as buyer, if one don't like price then move on and no need to ask seller justified $. Both parties can go different direction at any given time before money exchange hands. I almost bought 991.2 GT3 last week after we agreed on price and seller changed mind last second not to sell. No big deal and moved on and now about to pick up my 991.1 gt3 Rs from a dealer next week. Two weeks ago,i wanted to buy 997.2 RS from member here (E-MAN) and agreed on $ contingent to bank loan as i told seller from beginning. Bank said no to out of state loan and i backed out deal and seller took it personal. Then i had bank approved me on (personal loan) but they approved for lower amount and i presented to seller if he's interested in lower amount... Seller said no and we moved on. He later than came on here and blasted me for changed mind and later offer lower amount. End of the day is seller/buyer can change their mind. I went sideway on a seller and another seller went sideway on me and back out of a deal to sell their car. Move on and find another car. Peace out !

No reason to delete. Every word is accurate. E-man did said i back out deal and i confirmed he is accurate . You have to understand it was E-man who came on here and blasted me. Transaction was between me and him and no one else. But he had to open a can of worm and started all this. Guess what, i will pick up my GT3 RS in a few days and will post pics and what i PAID, All this garbage about me and low budget and this and that and money is not there lol. This RS i just bought is way more than price we agreed on his car. Pics to come
