Correct. You can see it down the A-pillar in the first picture by the steering wheel. I wouldn't want a full cage for street driving. In a collision you have no helmet between your skull and the bar like you would on a track.

He can unbolt and just use the rear if he wishes.

Jepp, that's exactly the point, if i can just unbolt it and use the rear i am fine. Then i change the colors a ittle bit and the wheels and i am set.

Heads up on this one, being advertised having never been in an accident. Switchcars had it listed months ago having been in an off track accident.

That makes two 997.1 RS on eBay with prior track damage not being disclosed by the selling dealers. Shady business.

Pulled the trigger yesterday on another Grey/Gold 997.2 RS with Porsche Approved 22k km. It has also a full cage and i will most likely remove the front cage.
