Race Car
this seems "reasonably priced" compared to other .1 and .2 RS.

High miles
Roll bar and .2 buckets - track car?
Painted calipers, even though car was spec'd with PCCB
Plastic dash
There's a mileage inconsistency in it's history. The car lived in British Columbia most of its life, and it's mileage was reported in km, which got picked up and reported as miles. So, a technical ding on the carfax, though an obvious error.

But it becomes quite clear when debating a car like this,.. that the drivers view it differently than investors. Both are correct in their thinking. It just depends on how much you care much about depreciation in the future.
The one thing that would hold me back (as a driver) from going after a car like that, is the km -vs- miles. I don't have a good excuse for that one,... just don't like cars that go back & forth.

Only on Rennlist would people consider an upgrade like GT2 buckets to be a detractor.

Speaking on the number of owners topic. Of course a one owner car is desirable but there are many reasons why some of these cars can end up in the hands of 3 or 4 owners and still have low miles. Some of these cars move in and out of the hands of semi-collectors and collections frequently. Many are used as trade up towards newer GT cars. Miles and condition is what’s important. And I think we all need to start promoting the fact that 15,000 miles on a 8 year old car is essentially just over break in miles. I’m tired of high mileage comments being used to devalue these cars..

Not sure anyone is debating anything. I offered the info simply to add some color to the comment of this car's price, and to put the seller's asking price (not my opinion of value) perhaps in context. You could call CNC and tell them to raise their price, but I think they'd tell you they'd prefer to sell it, not let it sit. The market will set the price, and they probably have a decent sense of what the market will pay, based on this car's attributes. Sure, collectors may want originality, drivers may want desirable upgrades. Great country we live in that both can find what they want.

Agreed. When it comes to mileage, even if we say that a normal Porsche driver that only uses it on the weekends would drive 2k miles a year, that is 16k miles on average, that a car should have. Personally if I see a 997.1 GT car with less than 30k miles, I consider that low mileage. Less than 10k would be garage queen mileage and less than 5k is collector mileage. 30-50k is average driver mileage and 50k+ is what I would consider high mileage.
