Burning Brakes
Seller of the blue car is hard to talk to. Knows nothing about the mods. Likely previous track use(who cares) that had proper fitting front wheels. I was debating making a move from my RS to that car to have more of a guilt free driver but I always buy the seller and I don't feel good about that one.
I contacted a local dealer about it (he'd trade my car for this one). He said he's already in talks with the seller.
Stay tuned

Since the RS is considered to be the top of the line 911 it’s considered the one to have. The way it looks, sounds, and all the rave reviews make it a dream or poster car for some. There’s also the history of the 911 RS that goes back 50 years. A lot aspire to own one and there’s a special aura about it that the GT3 doesn’t quite have even though the two are quite similar. Also maybe some are ego driven and just have to have the top dog.

There is something about that .1RS that's hard to beat. I think it's that timeless body shape. When I was looking I could have purchased either but the looks of the .1RS kept tugging at my strings.

Car had PPF up the front to the mirrors as well as a pillars and a small piece on the roof edge. Appears rear quarter PPF is factory still in place. Chipping is found below the factory piece as expected. Also has PPF behind rear wheels on rear bumper. Small dent in passenger door that a PDR technician could remove. They had the car locked, so unfortunately I couldn't get a great look inside but from the pictures they posted, the drivers seat has some bolster wear. The shift **** looks to have been recently replaced with the correct GT3 one.
Overall, it's exactly how I'd expect a 997.2 GT3 to look after 30k miles.
The 997.2 GT3 was still my favorite car there, followed by a Spyder RS that they had in stock.
I have some additional pics if anyone wants/needs me to post them up.
Side note - while I was up there, started talking to a guy who happens to be a Rennlister. Always cool how the Porsche community comes together.
