Couple of things to note, the water line, if correct as shown by the white tape, is super high. That could (and probably did) introduce water into the engine and transmission. The other is that it has been issued a certificate of destruction so it can never be registered again for road use in the US. So it's either a part out, track car or for export. That's a shame.
For the new guys looking for a deal, Drola is an expert in this, if he isn’t planning to buy it then you shouldn’t either

those parts on the other hand are great for an 8k mile example, especially for someone wanting an engine to rebuild

Carrara White .1 RS with 14k miles, PCCB, and full leather with deviated stitching. Price is $315k. Remember this one when Doug had it several years ago. Had some paintwork on the front bumper to fix a blemish. The Wevo engine mounts and GMG exhaust are still on the car when Doug had it last.

For 14k miles the rotors and the driver's seat look like they travelled more than the car.

Agreed as I noticed the driver seat did look more worn. Also when zooming in on pics of the wheels, it appears the wheel weights are taped over. Not sure if this is something you'd do if street driving only. Of course, it's a GT3RS and track time is expected, just pointing that out. Also pet peeve, but I'd try and remove warning lights off the dash (TPMS).

The front rotors look like they're in significantly better condition than the rears. The rears do seem to show wear more quickly than the fronts based on my experience with two PCCB cars now but neither of mine were nearly that different front to rear.

Don't see a single visible wear indicator on either front rotor meanwhile one of the rears has all three starting to look pretty distinctive.
