secondly, I agree that the mods are not worth much "ON" the car. I say you have better luck putting it back to stock and offer it at 90K. Do you think you can sell the MODS separately for $20K? Maybe 10K? I will bet that a 90K RS will sell pretty quick.
Savy, I think the car is sweet

If part out happens I want the exhaust

This thread is starting to annoy me...post 74 is useless.

This site doesn't have a large pool of buyers. I offered one of my cars at a steep discount to members and nobody stepped up.

If I would be just getting into an RS I would look for exactly Savy's car.

Every track car I sold, I took a long time to sell, but eventually sold it to someone who wanted to save time and money on getting a car that was track ready. I always figured the buyers got a screaming deal for pennies on the dollar.

This car is very well cared for. We can argue all day about the price, but to some it would be a once in a lifetime chance to get into a beautiful RS for less $$ then any alternative with the mods we all want on our track cars.

This is not a car for the blvd cruisers, this is a car for those among us who beat the living crap out of it once or twice a month. We need these mods. So you can get a .1RS or a .2GT3 (maybe) and do these mods or get this turn key ready car, just to go beat on it.

Thank you Peter for clarifying and re-focusing the situation. Several folks understand and have been in communication with me. I suspect it will be deal-closed and sold very soon.

Also a fact.

Lots of trackers on this forum, anyone that has added some mods and tracks frequently can do the math and decide if what I offer is a value. Sometimes it takes a while for the right person to see the for sale ad. If it were spring time and the economy were not in the crapper, the car likely would have sold a long time ago.

The attached overrev report (DME readout) is better than 95% of "street" cars. More proof that it is not about track use, it is about the driver, ability, and the respect for the car. See attachment. Wow...

Ship it to Florida and come play at Sebring in January with us. Then do road Atlanta, vir. By then it will be spring and the cold part of the world will be shopping for track cars again

I agree with Izzone, it's a beautiful car and you should ship and keep one on the East Coast

i agree, it's a great idea for somebody like pete.
people have holiday homes, so why not have a car based close to other tracks and fly in?
great idea if you can swing it. a cup car would do the job, too.
