I suspect it is a question of parts availability. Smaller markets with fewer cars get them first. As they get more stock the big markets like the USA will follow.

What's interesting is that the dealers here in the US are clueless. My service tech is actually following this thread for info, as there is absolutely no such channel available to him internally. PCNA could do a better job, especially, since the US, for the time being, is PAG's biggest market.
So the current situation seems to be that the dealer networks in the UK and M.E are aware of this, as it would appear they may also be in some other parts of Western Europe *and* that as far back as December production the newer parts were being used, but that nothing as yet has been done at a national level at PCNA ...
So, is it approaching time ... (I dont believe I am saying this) to write a letter to PCNA? (like the one we didnt write about the coolant hose problem?)

I'll bet if they did throw in a torque mult or wrench half of the RL crowd woudl have no idea what to do with it anyways......now I think about it I'll bet half the RL crowd doesnt know where the jack points are, the oil drain lines are, how to bleed the brakes....ect
CL's are no big deal.....so what they changed the torque spec, at least the gas pedal doesn't stick.
I think the CL are fine, would buy another car with them.....I am smart enough to remember the new torque spec so my bolt is fine.

I agree, that is a tacky color combination.
On a side note I just bought one of those Armstrong torque multipliers used by the man in the video and it is the cat's ***. 72 ft lbs as I recall is all you have to put into it (with your big finger if you choose) to gain an output of 444 ft lbs. That is a beautiful thing for those torquing with full stomachs or lacking in muscle mass.
Pricy...with shipping....$900 or so but beats the Porsche multiplier which even at discount is $1700+ with shipping and only available as special order from Germany.
I am glad many folks don't mind their centerlocks but I remain firmly in the camp that FREAKIN HATES THEM
