Default "Club Sport" Roll Bar & Seat Install Complete ***Pics added See post #49***

Install just completed on Friday 6/29 of the roll bar and seats. Chris & Spencer @ C2 Design in Tampa, FL did a great job installing the factory "Club Sport" package / parts. Additionally, Bob Brooks aka: ViperBob on this forum of DWR Motorsports, Tampa, FL was also "The Source" for the parts. He knows ALL the parts required to install everything per factory specs.

The seats are "Smooth Leather with Alcantara Inserts" vs. the "Flame Retardant Fabric Seats". You do have a choice regarding this issue.

Also the harness is a Schroth 6 Point harness, I added the sub belt, vs. Porsche only provides a 4 point system with the "Club Sport" package.

I have the Halon factory red fire bottle, not sure if I want to install very large - will probably only use on track days.

Here are some pics to review.

No. C2 in Tampa made the plates and welded them in per the factory specs and pics posted on this site from other RS's with factory plates. They even painted the white base coat and the used Orange overspray to look Factory+++.

Very nice install! Is the rollbar painted or powdercoated?

Problem? I actually agree with the post that I was lucky to get the seats. If you want the Euro "Club Sport" package this is what it costs.

Also, I post info on this site to help fellow Rennlisters, due to the fact we all don't have they same resources and we are here for information.

Anyone here with experience of both the "Clubsport" seats and the 'ol Euro GT3 seats? Wanted to learn the comfort differences between the two. Thanks...

i have 6gt3 seat.
i sat in 7gt3 seat (the one posted above) when car is parked as well as when car is on track. 188lbs with 33" waist and 5'9", the two seats feel the same to me.

a bigger person may find 7gt3 seats (the one posted above) slightly narrower, just slightly.

DE Event? this weekend. I only have 148 miles on car so tracking it is too soon, but a drive to Sebring would be enjoyable. Would love to bring car for all to enjoy!!!!

Chris @ C2 made the custom sub belt bracket. It moves with the seat and the belt connections are spaced at 4" per Schroth specs.
