Guys, my 997 Euro RS seats are in lowest position and sub belt is attached to floor board with eye bolts in the factory made holes........did not need the sub belt bar. Advantage of the sub belt bar is that you CAN move the seat back and forth and not worry about length adjustment of the sub belt. If you are the main driver on track, I just do not see the need to spend the extra momney for the sub belt adaptor....my two cents worth.

997.521.401.01 and 997.521.402.01. Remember, yoiu will need to order cushions separately. These numbers are for cloth seats, you can get the numbers for the Alcantara seats in the PET. I believe you can fit the alcantara inserts into the cloth seats, if that turns your button......... For me, for track, use, cloth seems to be the only choice.

Only two positions - the lowest position is the best as long as you are equal to or greater than 5'0" in height - 4'9" use upper setting.

Do you think I'm Serious? Lower Setting ONLY!

Default Culbsport pkg. safety

Any opinions on net safety degradation or improvement when installing the clubsport package in consideration of loosing the thorax air bag? I assume that when using only the stock 3 point belt system in may be less? in a side crash less? I want to install this system for myself, but I'm having a problem not letting my 7yr. old come for a ride once in a while. How about putting him in the harness?
Thanks

If you are at all concerned with not having side bags, I would say don't change the seats. Unless your 7 year old is 5' tall, he will be too small for the 6 point harness...my two centavos again.
