I saw those beasts at SOW during Press Days last month -- they sure do burn rubber well.

Stupid car doesn't even have rear seats.

Mine is about 5.5 lbs/hp (Forcedfed 340 car). The GT3 is somewhere in the 77777777 to 88888888 range

Agreed! I love the look of MBs, but will NEVER view them as performance cars...

Is that a 240hp or really a 340hp car? That's more than the Exige GT3 concept! Brutual

Yikes! I think I need to give you the "point by" as I sit here at my computer... What good is a rear view mirror if I can't even see you coming... I need to test drive one of those (if I can find one)...

Thanks,

That's a Forced FED turbo conversion car -- very FAST.

But, a friend, who has one, has never been able to complete a track day without incident. Something always breaks or leaks or comes loose or....you get the idea. In fact, for the track, it's got too much power, IMHO. The power overwhelms the chassis and takes away that beautiful balance that Lotus originally created with the normally aspirated Elise/Exige and was able to retain with its supercharged Cup cars.

GT3MK1, That's exactly why I bought a GT3RS instead of the standard GT3. I just didn't want a car as insanely fast as the GT3! I'm afraid of real fast cars! Plus I wanted that ridiculously huge Carbon Fiber Wing because I wanted people to make fun of me! Magwheel

Rear seats.... what rear seats? "We don't need NO STINKIN REAR SEATS!"

Hopefully mine will be here by the end of August or at worst early September. I can't wait to have a car I can finally 'burn rubber' with! Mags
