Your GT3 is the 8th white .2 I know of in SD, not including my own. Love it. Perfect stable!

It's my 2nd white .2 GT3 but 3rd time owning one..... if that makes sense. I had a really nice one about 10 or maybe 12 years ago that I sold to the co-founder of Taylor Guitars, Kurt Listug. I think he still has it so that one should be in Rancho Santa Fe. Mine has 68k miles so you have some catching up to do but awesome to see that you really drive it. I know of one in Solana Beach that I see around every once in a while, too.

I switched the stock tips to the Dundon 100mm titanium tips courtesy of @jreifler and also did the sharkwerks tune. New slimline license plate frame coming tomorrow.

She got her wings.

If anyone needs a set of beat up stock GT3RS side skirts for free, chime in. Better to pick up as shipping might not make them worth it. however, if someone really wats them and doesn't mind shipping cost, I kept the box they came in and I've got a lot of free time to ship.

Small world! I wonder if *I’m* the Solana Beach one you see as I’m up there pretty much every other weekend.
One of my white .2 buddies has over 90k on his. Awesome to see these cars with some miles. See you around 😎

@vma1788 @Dervish

997 GT2 RS side skirts. Part number? This is what was on the box they came in. The part on the actual piece was different and the sticker on the part was cut off but it's still a readable guess, which I read as the part number on the box. I couldn't find it cheaper than Suncoast Parts.

I also just realized that most of the 911's are Widebody cars. No need for me to state that they are GT2RS skirts as Suncoast lists them as GT2.

these are flared, they install exactly the same, were on the gt2rs/4L cars. the other wide body cars are more curved shape vs. flared. these should fit all wide bodies.

Ive had a set of these on my car for many years. I think they look cool. maybe they are functional? I dunno not that good a driver.

Don't be bummed as after installing these, I was like, "I kinda like the stock skirts just as much". As long as they are new, they will look great. Mine old ones were tattered, that's why I'm offering them up for free.

These are originally from 2008 on the GT2 as standard, many of use felt the short ***** syndrome and upgraded .1RS shortly after they became available (they used to be $425 a pair). They became standard issue on 997.2RS/GT2RS only.

My Thai girlfriend told me a short ***** is nothing to be ashamed of.

I still wish she didn't have one.
