I'll pull my radio next week and take a look at how I installed it, when my side mufflers arrive. I never put on that FM loop thing so have to dig back in to it anyways. My Brombacher aka M&M mufflers are considered the sound version, aka quiet Euro version. Gert had, in his possession, a brand new M&M muffler export version (Loud Non-Euro version). He cut into it to see how the inside is different from mine and is modifying mine to hopefully be like M&M does them loud. Said he is mailing out Tuesday so hopefully I'll have it in 7 days. Excited and can't wait. I should have done a proper before video, but I'll wool up a mic and do a proper external sound video thru Angelus Crest.

So just took a view at Fister's website and it appears that their modification for the 997 side muffler is a Gundo Hack, albeit a very nice one. Gert's modification is all internal. Wish I could hear them both but I'm just rolling the dice on sound and have faith in Carnewal.

Theres no difference in the NM kit vs the one you would buy on Ali Express.
It's just a JoyAuto kit - not even repackaged.

I’ve bought 2 from NM, 3 from AE and installed in 2 981 GT4s, a 987.2 & 2 997s including my current car.
Nice addition redoing the harness for the OE mic!
If I used Siri or voice commands I would have done the same.

Over the last few weeks I’ve done a refresh on the car.
- refinished wheels in BBS Motorsport Silver
- new bumper mesh
- new lip
- cleaned every bolt and clip, if rusty replaced
- removed all fender liners, plastic underbody, air-box, headlights, tail lights, mud guards, etc and detailed everything to the best of my abilities.
- replaced anything broken
- replaced line and fitting for FAL and replaced all hydro fluid.
- ton of other small stuff throughout
I got a plastic welder as well, and repaired some misc items under the car like small cracks in the plastic. Best $250 I ever spent! Super versatile.

Where did you get the front lip from? Was it packed appropriately in your opinion, IE not bent in half?

I bought it from Gaudin Porsche in Vegas because their price was significantly cheaper than most ($370) and shipping was reasonable.
It was packed adequately and not bent.
Had my contrasting black side mirrors and spoiler top repainted to the correct matching color. Paint shop did a great job with the match and my car had some good company. Next up, tackling the aging ppf and maybe removing the side graphics

20 miles on it. Apparently some issues with the cf Weissach hood as delivered but it doesn’t sound like they think they can do anything about it.
On the graphics, I’m not sure I’m as bothered by them as I am with the black wheels but I feel like if I put the wheels back to silver I likely need to ditch the graphics too, but maybe I’ll come around.

Black wheels and graphics. If you change the wheel color to silver, then yes, I agree that the graphics Gotta go.
Did approx 650 miles of driving through some of the best roads in the Southeast last weekend (Tail of the Dragon/Cherohala Skyway/etc.). The Cup lip did not fair well lol.
