I ordered 2 packs, yet to receive. I am curious what's the whole issue with counterfit? Are these for real or fake?

I ordrered a pack and received a motul box with four jugs. I would order more but I only change oil once a year so it would be on the shelf for a while and I figure the deal will come up again next year......hopefully!

If you ordered another case you could sell each jug to friends at a club meeting for $30 each and end up with your case for free. And your friends would love you for it. ALWAYS take advantage of a deal when you can. Never a guarantee it will ever happen again.

The Amazon Prime deal is no longer available as of this morning. Other vendors on Amazon are selling for the same price but it may be a hit or miss with 1 or 4 jugs and authenticity. With that said, if i really needed it, i'd still order. Just be sure to compare your jugs with the pictures i posted on page 3 of this thread paying close attention to jug design, red pour cap design, font style and sizing, orange background design, wording. If you need high-resolution pictures to compare, just let me know. Amazon has an excellent return policy. If you have any issues, if's always best to call their toll free number, 1 (888) 280-4331.

As far as Motul is concerned, it has expired.

I'm not suggesting that the clock ticks over and the product fails, but in the unlikely event of a lubrication-related problem Motul would have an easy 'out'.
