Uber Cheap Motul Oil Alert

Interesting to see that Motul puts the shelf life at 2 years. No guarantee after that.
IS THERE A SHELF LIFE ON LUBRICANTS?
Motul is certified to ISO 9001. According to our quality procedure, Motul products are guaranteed for two years after their production date. To ensure the validity of this guarantee, a reference sample of each production batch is kept systematically and checked on a scheduled basis.

20 liters (5 liter bottle x 4) of Motul 8100 X-Cess 5W40 for $59 which is the absolute cheapest it has ever been: http://amzn.to/2cGCe9v
I ordered 20 liters total on top of my existing stock of 12 liters which will probably hold me over for the entire ownership of my current 997.1 TT. BTW some of the older reviews mention only receiving one 5 liter bottle which was a mistake and has since been corrected. I ordered this 6 months ago (for twice the price) and i received four 5 liter bottles

*EDIT* Looks like there may be a serial number on the jug somewhere. I'll look for it and call Motul direct to verify my existing jugs. Scary sh*t! I wonder what else is counterfeit!!!
*EDIT 2* I just emailed via Motul.com. If they don't respond to me by tomorrow morning HST (Hawaii), i'll be sure to call and verify.

Oh happy day! 8 jugs $125 delivered to my door. I think I need to order some more. I may offer these to my fellow locals for say $40 each. Mine originated out of Whitestown, IN and to the Amazon facility in Avenel, NJ. So it could be the actual Amazon facility that ships that makes it hit or miss. I think it's worth ordering say 4 more cases to try again.

I spoke to a tech support rep at Motul.com and he told me to snap clear pictures of the jugs and the printed numbers toward the bottom of each jug. Just for reference my three jugs read:
06 07 15/360721M1 (two times)
10 04 15/357373M1
So i would guess the first six numbers (06 07 15) are the production dates and the last 8 alpha/numeric (360721M1) are batch numbers?
I just messaged "911Finally" to get his numbers so i can email them over too.
Half the battle over, 911Finally and I both received 4 jugs each order. Now we need to verify if they're genuine.
