I called Amazon just now to request my missing 6 jugs of oil.

CSR was very nice although they won't be shipping new stock until end of October which is fine with me. They sent me a RMA for the 2 jugs I did receive. I was hoping they'd comp the 2 I did receive yesterday but no such luck. I won't get greedy after getting this @ $2.75 liter/quart as I already am.

Received my 4 jugs over the weekend from Amazon. They were in one box, inside Ziplock containment bags, taped together. Date code 10-2014, and they look to be authentic.

Will probably use on my wife's car first (E46 w/200K miles), since it's up next for an oil change.

Thanks to the poster who contacted Blackstone, you saved me the trouble.

I was contacted by the seller (a shop other than amazon) and was told that they were only going to send 1 jug to me, not a pack of 4.

They told me if I didn't want that, I had to cancel my order.

Received my four jugs from Amazon today. I'm guessing whether or not you receive four jugs could have to do with the distribution center that is fulfilling the order. I live in LA and see others from the west coast getting the correct number of jugs.

Because other buyers reported that they were comp'd free product when they spoke with CS about their incorrect orders.

...And who said anything about expectation? I said I had hoped to be comp'd as other have been. I 'hope' to win the lottery one day although I do not expect to. Big difference.

For those who received only 1 jug, is the Amazon CSR giving you the option to wait for the remaining jugs instead of a refund? Because if they are, that might be a good thing since it will most likely be fresh merchandise.

I have yet to receive my 8 jugs. I ordered each 4 pack on two separate occasions. One order was just shipped. The UPS tracking says 41.3 pounds. I was actually hoping for 1 jug so i could try to get fresh merchandise. Still waiting for the other order to ship.

Ordered three 4-packs last week. Received one plus two 5 liter jugs on Friday. Notified Amazon. CSR apologized and said they'd rectify it and get two additional 4-packs out right away. I suggested they send another package like the first (total of 6 jugs) and I'd be whole. She said they'd send two 4-packs and I could keep the 2 extra jugs. They arrived yesterday.
