Negative. Most Brooks Brothers clothes and other brands in line with them have no external branding. You have you understand the construction of the different brands to pick it out. Ralph Lauren is also good with this if you get past their Blue Label (Polo) and go up to Black and Purple Label.

Anything with big bold letters is considered loud for me and wouldn't wear them. Big to me is anything taller than an inch and wider than three inches. Just my $0.02

Orange GT3RS + Orange Porsche jacket = very discreet and subtle???

Hate to see what you consider flashy

Haha. I remember that episode. I couldn't recall if it was Porsche or Ferrari.

If you like it, where it and F everyone else.

But since you asked, no, I wouldn't buy or where a Porsche jacket. If I was given one, I'd only where it at DE events or races.

The back side looks ok. All that really matters is if you like it and are comfortable wearing it. But by asking for the opinions of others, it sounds like you aren't 100% with it (so maybe you pass).

Hell yes! Porsche jacket, piloti racing shoes and leather racing gloves. If you can't drive like a Porsche driver, at least you can look like one.

I have the Lava Orange (Launch color) and love it! The Porsche jacket was ordered from the Porsche website. It isn't a bright orange, more like light orange that blends well when I drive my 991 GT3RS on car events (PCA, shows, cars and coffee, etc.,). There are no patches nor names on the back of the jacket, just plain. After all I own a Porsche, so I am just supporting the car I own and drive.

Flashy to me would be jackets peppered with patches from front to back, and sleeves. Everything on it, like Chop Suey or a walking billboard.

Drive safe,

I can't bring my self to doing it. I do wear Porsche related shirts that I find appealing and fun though...

My wife and I have done very well for ourselves, but try to be humble about it given our very mixed group of friends, coworkers, etc...and I didn't ever think about "showing off" when I got the car. I got the car because I love driving, wrenching, tracking, and the 911 is a childhood dream realized. But, when my 3 year old goes around telling his teachers and classmates about his dad's Porsche, it's tough to reconcile the 3-year old joy of a fast car (which I still have as well) with my self-conscious ego.

All that said, I bought the damn jacket because it's cool, it is 70% off at Suncoast, and to hell with what anyone else thinks. But, I probably wouldn't wear it when driving the car; that seems just a little over the top.
Good, glad you bought it, and its actually 72.01% off

That's a pretty cool jacket - as others have said I'd probably wear it to a Porsche club event but not much else to avoid the pretension. I saw that this morning in the Suncoast closeout email and couldn't believe they actually wanted $500 for that originally.

I have a Porsche jacket but it's a beater. It's an old mechanic's jacket that from my best guess dates back to some dealership in the 70's. It's probably been under quite a few 911/924/944s. : )

Default Porsche Jacket, yes or no?

Always wanted to sport around in one of these...don't forget about the hightops! Missing anything else to finish off this ensemble?

I received the same email from Suncoast and also thought about the jacket in question. I almost pulled the trigger on the black FA polo. But if I'm honest, a light blue Gulf oil t-shirt would make me happy. Philster, your comment cracked me up about slipping owning a Porsche into every conversation.

That should come with a 3×3 square of cardboard in the event you need to bust out the caterpillar or windmill at your local bball court.
