It's a manual C4 GTS which is pretty rare. Just over 5,000 miles.

IMO it's a lot to ask but on the other hand it looks like a super nice example. Definitely a car for a collector vs. a heavy driver.

I bought my C2S from CNC and it was a very good experience.

I just put a deposit on a 2011 997.2 C2S manual in Arctic Silver, 49k miles. It has Turbo II wheels, sport chrono, comfort / infotainment / Bose / navigation / XM, heated & vented seats, heated steering wheel and factory sport exhaust system. I haven't seen the car (it isn't fully listed yet), will get photos on Monday but apparently it's in beautiful condition. Regardless, I'm getting a PPI next week so will be able to back out if there are any issues. The price was $57,900, I know that's not a deal but do you believe it's a fair price for a West Coast car? I really don't want a black or white car, and there's pretty much nothing else that matches this that I can find, on the West Coast at least.
Sounds like a nice car. If the PPI checks out and the car is up to date on maintenance then the car is a fair price. Is the car CPO? If not try and negotiate a Fidelity Platinum warranty into the deal.

Miles are a little high but if it’s the “one” do not let a few extra miles or a couple thousand dollars get in the way of your enjoyment.

Someone with a contact there should find out what it sold for.

Kellen paid $8k less for his C4S with just over 50,000 miles; you should be able to get the price down a few grand based on that data point. Miles are high for the price, but mid to high 50's is very reasonable. His had full leather and PSE.

My bet is somewhere between $75k and $95k, but truly unimportant exactly how much.

I am surprised someone picked the silver one over the black with only a $5k price difference. The black must have sport suspension and silver must have had the standard GTS suspension.

This is a sweet 2008 997.1 C4S manual with aero kit for only $49k. Showing damage to rear end very early in its life. 40k miles.

The cheapest 997.2 S manual coupe on Cars.com with less than 60k miles is $59,900. There are 2 C2S manuals with 48k miles and both are $59.999. They go up and up and up from there.

That’s what I’ve been finding, I don’t know what these dealers are getting but I was preparing myself to spend over $60k to get a good car. The dealer didn’t seem too concerned if I was interested or not, he said they had several calls already and seemed pretty confident that it would be gone quickly. Maybe bravado / salesmanship? But I jumped rather than risk letting it go.

Think I found yours? Is the last 2 of the Vin 80 and it has 49,799 miles?

The Carfax shows wreck, but it was back in 2013 and was estimated on the police report to be less than $500. This car is priced below market somewhat due to the wreck on Carfax. IMO, even a wreck as minor as that, rightly or wrongly hurts the value. I would step up to one the $59,999 cars or go just a bit into the low $60k range to get one with a clean Carfax and mileage in the mid 30k miles.

That said . . . if you do not plan to resell it anytime soon and intend to keep it and drive the wheels off of it, the Carfax ding is nothing and is getting you a couple thousand off. It will be more difficult to resell with the accident and higher miles though, neither of which impacts performance assuming PPI is clear.

I just ran across the only manual S/4S with less than 60k miles I have seen cheaper than the C2S you put the deposit down on. It is a nice build, 2011 C4S Manual Coupe with 48k miles and is only $55k. . ., but it has 2 accidents on Carfax.

Might be a good driver for a bargain price, but both this car and the one you have a deposit on will have some resell liquidity issues with accidents on the Carfax.

Porsche 4S at Mini of Murray in Utah

I'm in UT and live pretty close to this dealership. After you speak with someone and if you are still interested I can stop by Mini of Murray and take a look at this 4S. I'm not a mechanic but I do know a decent car when I see one. PM me your phone number and I will call you. I also know of a couple of great local Indy shops if you want a PPI. I am also familiar with Dave Strong Porsche in Salt Lake City if you would rather have a dealer perform the PPI.

Three accidents? Two of them in 2018 to the left front fender? Driver had bad luck if true! It passed emissions in between the two 2018 incidents. Maybe Autocheck can shed a different view on it. Or the dealer if they have records.

That’s the one, I’ll be scanning the PPI with a microscope to make sure it’s okay. It’s actually an east coast car but most of the miles were in Florida. I might use the CARFAX to see if they’ll come down on price a bit, that said I’m planning to hold on to it, and really like the idea of getting below $60k.
