looks like all 4 wheels need to be refinished - tells me we had a careless owner - Id look closely at the rest of the car with a paint meter.
Great find, probably worth $98k. Should hold its value very well over the next 10k miles.
if i didn't just buy a new T I’d be all over this one.

It probably wouldn't be for sale then! Aqua Blue cars in any build are super rare, but manual and 4S with this low of mileage I have never seen for sale. A guy sold a higher mile 4S Aqua here a couple of years ago, or maybe last year. I would rather have a 991 4S, but that is just me. The 991 front wheel drive system seems more "in the background" and the car is more playful than the 997 4S. I would take a 997 2S though

get more info....Engine change can be good or botched. These cars are all engine in terms of value so get that worked out first. 2 Year warranty.....have fun for a couple years.
It's not original so take it for what it is. Have fun, use warranty if required and if not.......most importantly be honest when you sell it.

Now looking at your photos again....this would be a prime candidate for abuse. C2 (non S) with aero rear only (aftermarket poser). Probably never not scrubbing rubber. Get that DME report for revs. Not a usual worry but worth it in this case IMO.

Nice thing about this car is the available 125K mi MaxCare warranty.
