I just acquired a 2015 Turbo S. Over on the 991.1 Turbo forum it's been stated that the Durametric doesnt work well on that car. Anyone have experience and recommendations for (coding) changes to a 991.1? I have a Durametric Pro.

Get a PIWIS III
PM rnlst_Log, there are options on which software version, and if you already own a laptop it makes it even more affordable. He will install Piwis remotely even if you're away from home, at work etc.
A used Lenovo is also very cheap these days, less than $300 in many cases. There are also new choices for VCI, and the VAS 6154 has gone down in price significantly. Search rennlist for the "Received my Piwis thread for even more details

Is the PIWIS III a Porsche product or a clone?
Does it do everything that the PIWIS in the dealerships can do?
Reason I’m asking is that I have a Durametric Pro and it won’t clear and/or properly analyze certain faults…have to visit my dealership 2 hours away.
TIA

The VCI is cloned, not the software. Scroll back on this thread for the current status as things evolved:

I posted the contact to PM-and you can purchase a used Lenovo if you don't already own a suitable laptop-
