12+ years after I posted my first pics here, here's my beloved 997 C4s Cabriolet this year:

Received my new to me 997.1 S manual cab this weekend. I was never a convertible type of person until I got a mclaren 650 spider. When I traded that in, I realized I missed having a vert.
Anyway. Here she is.

Before being loaded on the transport

Being unloaded

And finally at home

Hope you got to take Hwy118 from I10 toward Big Bend. Very nice, scenic road that leads to Big Bend Country. And also leads to the McDonald Observatory, which has some fantastic star parties.

It's a Speciale without the stripes (nart).

Yeah, I saw the yellow cab and knew it was for me. I'm pretty excited to get the car and have been driving it non stop this weekend. Smiling the whole time. I need to fix some interior bits but I was more concerned with the shape of the exterior paint and it not having been in an accident.

Aha, thought there was something diff from the Italia. Nice stable. There's a speed yellow 997.2 that I see from time to time around here (coupe not cab) and on a sunny day it's just a beautiful color.
Congrats again...T

The C2S came with the wider body? Nevertheless, it's a beautiful car.

He might have meant the wheels were a widebody fitment / offset, rather than the car itself.
