No argument on the beauty side, but we can't call them classics yet. The 964s and early 911s are the only 911s 25 years or older. Heck my 993 is only old enough now to be allowed to drink in the USA (LOL ... it's 21 years old, soon to be 22). Regarding classics (25+ year old cars) I like the looks of the 930s the most with 964s next. The 993s should surpass them once they hit the magic 25 year old mark. But for sure 997s are great looking 911s.

My993c2 - Just using "classic" in relationship to the 997s looks and shape . Agree , not a " classic " from a 25 year old life cycle standpoint. Although I think the 997 will develop into a desirable classic over time.

How much did you lower your car?
I recently purchased a 2009 C2S Cab manual. The car came outfitted with 991S 20 inch Wheels.
My question is how much did you lower the car and what did you use? Did you put spacers on the car?
i love how your car sits

Just purchased this week - selling off my 2004 996 C4S and replaced it with what I really wanted... the 997.2 Carrera Cab. I'll eventually make some changes (calipers, new wheels, etc) but this is what I really wanted. There is a significant difference in the way the 997 rides vs the 996. Even as a cabriolet it is quieter and smoother.
